Betting Rules

Scope and Definitions

These Jeetwin Betting Rules govern all sports wagering offered by Jeetwin under the Jeetwin Sportsbook banner. They apply to all customers unless a market specific description states otherwise. In these Rules the following terms have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise.

  • Event means a scheduled sports contest or competition on which a Market is offered, including all periods, intervals and official stoppages.
  • Market means a wagering proposition relating to an Event, including pre match and live in play propositions.
  • Regular Time means the standard playing time as defined by the competition rules. Extensions, extra time or shootouts are treated in accordance with the Market description unless stated otherwise.
  • Official Source means the designated data provider or governing body whose published results determine settlement. Jeetwin may rely on independent evidence where the Official Source is unavailable or unreliable.

Settlement Principles

Bets are settled based on the result as determined by the Official Source and the Market description. Where a result is not determined by the end of normal duration, settlement is deferred until a definitive result is announced. Markets that are not determined or become void under these Rules are settled accordingly, and bets are refunded where applicable.

Event Status and Resolution

  • If an Event is not completed or is suspended, Jeetwin will settle bets in light of the final official decision where practicable. If the Event resumes within a period specified by these Rules after suspension, bets remain valid; otherwise, unsettled bets are refunded or voided as appropriate.
  • Outright markets and futures markets follow the Play or Pay principle described in this document, with explicit exceptions stated in the Market description. Where a participant is replaced by another participant, team based markets may remain valid while individual performance markets may be void.

Postponements, Cancellations and Abandonments

  • If an Event is postponed or canceled and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets on affected Markets are void unless a result is already determined at the time of stoppage.
  • Events abandoned after start and not resumed within 48 hours may be settled on markets with a determined result; undecided markets are void unless market descriptions provide otherwise.
  • For multi leg events, settlements apply to markets that are determined within the applicable windows; markets associated with resumed legs follow the resumed result.

Live Bets and VAR

Live or in play bets are settled on the final outcome of the Event as determined at the end of normal duration or as stated in the Market description. If a Video Assistant Referee VAR decision conflicts with the original on pitch decision and affects bets placed during the interval between the incident and the final decision, those bets are void unless the Market odds were unaffected by the VAR outcome. Jeetwin may adjust or reverse settlements if the final official decision indicates an outcome different from the initial settlement and the decision is communicated before the match conclusion and within the standard settlement window.

Outright Markets and Play or Pay

Outright markets including Winner and Top positions are subject to the Play or Pay rule. If a participant is unable to take part in the competition for any reason, bets on outrights will stand as losses unless the Market description provides a contrary treatment. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team based markets remain valid; markets based on individual participation may be voided as appropriate.

Odds, Payouts and Adjustments

  • Odds displayed to customers are shown with two decimal places for display purposes. Total odds are calculated with higher precision, and winnings are truncated to two decimal places.
  • The Company may apply a maximum gap of 30 days between initial settlement and any potential re settlement.
  • In the event of a palpable error including mispriced odds or incorrect event details, Jeetwin reserves the right to cancel, void or correct affected bets. Customers will receive refunds or adjusted settlements as appropriate.

Palpable Error and Discretion

Jeetwin reserves the right to exercise discretion in relation to palpable errors, system faults or irregular betting activity. This includes voiding bets resulting from technical faults, disallowed strategies, multiple identical bets, or attempts to exploit limits or information. Changes to venue, playing time, number of periods or other fundamental event parameters may lead to the cancellation of affected bets.

Supported Formats and Market Coverage

Jeetwin offers markets across standard competition formats. If the match duration falls outside the reasonable range stated in the Market description, or if a Market description sets a specific condition, affected Markets may be voided. Jeetwin may adjust supported formats at its discretion and will provide notice on the platform.

Fraud Risk and Regulatory Cooperation

If there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or manipulation affecting an Event, Jeetwin may withhold settlements, void bets or report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities. The final settlement will follow the ruling of the competent authority or regulatory process as applicable.

Settlement Timelines and Disputes

Jeetwin aims to finalize settlements within 30 days of the Event conclusion. Any disputes or requests for clarification should be directed to Jeetwin Support. Where a cancellation or adjustment occurs, Jeetwin will provide a written explanation upon request.
